The pipeline demagnetizer system AURA-7001 is easily integrated into the existing repair technologies. The demagnetization of the open pipeline ends is carried out simultaneously with the preparation of the repair coil before its installation and welding, so welding can be done separately from the demagnetization process. This is especially important in a tight schedule.
The pipeline demagnetizer system AURA-7001 provides demagnetization of both ends of the pipeline separately. In this case, a change in the magnetization of one joint does not affect the magnetization level of the other. This allows to quickly adjust the magnetization level of both ends of the pipeline to the appropriate value. As a result, high-quality simultaneous welding of two joints of the repair coil is possible.
The use of feedback systems allows automatic correction of the demagnetization process in a closed loop until the desired result is achieved without operator intervention.
The arrangement of demagnetizing windings relative to the welding zone does not affect the quality of the demagnetization process.
The demagnetized state of the defective section of the pipeline remains during the entire repair process.
The pipeline demagnetizer system AURA-7001 works on pipelines of various diameters (up to 1420 mm) with any wall thickness. The magnetization of the pipes should not exceed up to 400 millitesla.
The pipeline demagnetizer system AURA-7001 is connected to standard three-phase generators (380 V, 50 Hz, up to 22 kW).
